What would you pay someone to do?

Right now there are plenty of advertisers online where you can Get Paid For Blogging. The big question with that is…If YOU had the money, what would you pay someone to do? Would you pay someone to talk to your mother? To do the dishes? To get your haircut for you? If you could pay someone to do something for you what would it be?

When it comes to me, I think I would pay someone to create a robot that’s a direct copy of me. Being home all day, I’m easily aggitated with the fact that I’m trying to work and maintain a house hold. I believe if there were two of me, not only would my boyfriend be happy, but it’ll be easier to get things done. One of me can just be all about work and the other could cover cleaning the house and then do everything else I never get to during the day. Bella is always by my side but I still don’t have enough time in the day to play with her as much as I’d like to. If I’m not working, I’m cleaning and if I’m not cleaning I’m either doing something with the boyfriend or sleeping.

There are other perks to having a clone though. The clone can deal with all of the family events that I never want to be at, while I can be off doing something fun like avoiding the family events and getting away with it. I could be in Vegas and the clone could be waist deep in paperwork.

I think it would be worth the price, honestly. I know there are alot of people who sometimes wish they had a clone. The neat thing about mine it would be a robot. I don’t think I could deal with another person exactly like me. I can just shove the clone in the closet until I need it. Kind of like the vacuum…you know?

So here’s my question to you – and please feel free to post it not only on my comments but in your own blog.

Jeez, that’s hard, I’ve been sat here for 10 minutes trying to think of what I’d pay someone to do o.O

How about paying someone to follow you around constantly and be your personal slave.. That’d be handy, you’d never have to clean anything ever again o.O

Hmm.. That is hard Kat.. *thinks*

My first though was to pick up poop in the backyard but I’m really used to that.. what with working at a vet and having three dogs myself…

My second though was to rinse the dishes before they go in the dishwasher because wet, old food makes me gag.. but that’s what hubby is for.. *teehee*

Perhaps I would pay someone to clean out my mouse cages?? I have 12 of them… It’s a big undertaking! Haha. *holds nose* Yup.. That’s it! Hands down. Haha.

Have you ever seen the movie The Island? It’s doesn’t go directly along with what you’re talking about, but it’s about clones – great movie!

I would pay someone to write my papers at school and to clean up after me, and to keep track of all of my stuff, haha. For some reason writing papers stresses me out to no end, I always manage to clutter my room days (or hours) after cleaning it, and I constantly lose things 😛

It is hard to take care of a household. Earlier this summer I was working for my mom doing housework and running errands. I was so surprized at how time consuming it was!

  4. I get what you mean. Sometimes I wish I had a clone, everyone does. I would pay a lot for a robot like that. Than I could get even more things done. yeee.

hm… this is interesting. if i had the money, i dont think i would want a robot/clone. robots are breakable, and they might take over the world one day (haha yea i know.. im weird) and clones.. well exactly what you said, it’s like seeing yourself everywhere you go (kind of like a twin, except.. creepier)

for me, if i had the money, i would hire a genie.. that would shrink and fit inside like a necklace or something, and whenever i need to get a wish, ill just ask it. it can solve anything like i can ask for my homework to be finish, or ask it to brainwash everyone.. or even like see my future! yeaaa

Hey thanks for the help. My webservice doesn’t provide MYSQL so I can’t use wordpress or any blogging programme that is based on MYSQL. Thanks for the suggestions.

I’ll look into them. Thanks for looking.

Oh and my despair username is the same name as my website without the hyfine (-).

  9. Kristi says:

    Hey fast reply 🙂

Hmm…graymatter’s website doesn’t seem to be working for me. And I’ve done enough work on the site for today, creating the image, and coding it is alot of work. Haha I’ll look into validating it tomorrow and blogging systems.

aww thanks ♥; // hmm.. im not sure that i would make a robot copy of myself, but i guess thats all comes down to being 15 compared to 21. But i find it upsetting that there are 24 people that i know of that have the same name as me. And i don’t mean that they are all called “Jessica”, I mean that there are 24 “Jessica ‘s”.

    I find it extremely stressful.

  11. Ana says:

OH easy peasy-change my sons poopie nappies without a doubt!!
    They are humdingers!! lol

Robots and clones scare me…so I don’t think I want one of those…what if the clone is evil and convinces my family that the clone is me and I get killed by my own flesh and blood? Not pretty.
But if I had the money, I would create a machine or something to figure out all problems I have with my computer, my homework, my life yadayadaya.
    That would be nice.

  14. Christina says:

A clone would be nice. But the politics of clones scares me a little too much. I have a hard time making decisions and I constantly want someone around me to bounce ideas of off and to argue/agree with me so I can figure out what the right thing to do is. I think if I had enough money, I would hire someone to do just that.

  15. Hmm. I’d proabably pay someone to clean my house. Outside & inside.

  16. Tracey says:

I would pay someone to cone me too, that way everybody can be satisfied with me. 1 clone can clean the house, and stuff, and keep my parents and brothers, and sister happy, while the other clone is on the computer, doing what I usually do. :P, and I (me) can be out somewhere out with my friends having fun. lol

  17. Bronnie says:

I’d want to pay someone to be my personal trainer & chef – so I could lose weight.

Or.. for someone to write all my damn essays for Uni!

  18. John says:

I’d probably pay someone to um… crap. I don’t know.. I don’t know.. entertain me? Dance like a court jester? Sheesh…

  19. laura says:

i would totally pay someone to clean my house! who wants to clean out cat boxes every week? ick. oh, and my personal cleaner would have to do the laundry and take the trash out…while i eat bon-bons on the couch and watch tv. 😀

  20. Matt says:

    i would pay someone to… umm…
well- i can do things myself. lmfao

  21. Miranda says:

Hmm I think I would pay someone to clean. Not only do I hate it, I suck at it. Your idea of a robot is cool too… better than a clone 🙂 Robots can be turned off, programmed, and all that so it would be easier to work with I think.

  22. Kate says:

I’d probably pay someone to clean up after me. But thats just cause I’m lazy. Meh.

  23. Jordan says:

I would probably pay someone to take care of my finances, create a budget for me, and to pretty much make sure everything is meticulously written down in a perfectly anal fashion.

I probably would also pay said person to tidy up the apartment once a week. :\

I’m not sure what else I would want to pay someone to do for me. I like doing alot of stuff on my own aka working, school, etc. ;\

BTW, did you join that ppp site? I joined up on it, and I might test it out to see if it’s too good to be true. Also, really love this new theme you have!
