Sunday came and went…

It’s been a pretty uneventful day. I’ve been lounging around with a book and writing up some scholarship essays here and there. I’m working on a new template for acidgloss.net that’s a little bit more graphically advanced. I also need to setup an official ‘database’ for template previews because I’m not really happy with how things are setup now. I have a few pre-made that I need to add to the database anyway, so I’ll be working on that over the course of the next few weeks.

I’m going to be doing quite a bit of editing to the acidgloss.net content too. I’ve been doing some tutoring lately so I’m going to add that to my list of services. I give out coding help all day long for free, so may as well see how far I can go by charging people. I’m not going to be crazy with the pricing though; $5 an hour is pretty reasonable I say.

I’m taking my vacation next week, so that should be fun. I’ll have my laptop with me though so on the down-days I’m sure I’ll be online getting things done. I’ve let Tony know that I’ll be away so if I can’t get into the hosting things he’s going to have to pick up the slack. I doubt he’ll do it considering his inability to commit to things he’s being paid for, but whatever. I’m coming back on the 22nd so I’ll be home for my birthday. The following Sunday (29th) I’m going to the casino with Dad and possibly my aunt, she doesn’t know yet. That following Friday (Nov. 3rd) I’m going to be at my aunts house for a week while she goes to Aruba. So all-in-all it’s going to be a pretty busy end-of-the-month for me. Nothing I can’t handle though. I’ll still be able to work on things either way.

I’m slowly getting the new AGn-Solutions template up and running. It’s taking me a bit longer to customize everything than I thought it would but that’s ok. I’m proud of it, so I’m sure it will be worth it.

For now I’m in the living room and everyone is home. Maureen just got home from work so she’s extra talkative. Dad’s flipping through channels so I can safely say that right now there are three interesting shows on TV but none of them I’ll be able to watch considering I don’t feel like getting up to go to my room. The thing is, I’m the one who got the new TV for the living room because of Freepay and whatnot, but I can honestly say that I have rarely ever watched it. I was watching a movie out here today and finally got to see the HD color quality and damn, it’s some nice shit hehe.

I guess I’ll head off for the night. The boyfriend went to bed and I really have nothing else to do. I have a few comments to return from the last couple of entries so maybe I’ll do those before I completely sign off for the night. At least it’ll give me something to do for twenty minutes.

Night all.

You seem busy with making new templates for the sites, I’m sure they will look great though. My Sunday was pretty uneventful too, actually the whole weekend was, but what can I do now? 😛

I think charging people $5 an hour is a good rate, I’ve seen people charge allot more than that on other websites.

I love this layout. So pretty. I’m sorry I haven’t been around for awhile, so shit has been happening in my RL, and well you know how that goes.

Have fun on vacation! I need one myself. 😀

$5 is really good value! Good luck with it – it should go well; I mean, I came to you for good value! Hope you have a great vacation! I just came back from 10 days, was a good break. AGn-Solutions is looking great too btw!

  4. Have fun on your trip.

Um…can I have your layout? HAHA, I think it’s beautiful, and since this one came out pretty good, the others will too.

I happen to like uneventful days. It gives me an excuse to reflect on life, and to sleep, lol.

Considering that you’re excellent at code writing, $5 an hour to tutor is not bad whatsoever. Unless someone is really cheap (and in that case they should try to do it themselves), it’s a good investment.

Aww it’s really calming to me to know that you consider it quiet when 40 people and their mothers are emailing you trying to get my site shut down. You’ll be happy to know that according to the girls on a certain messageboard you have taken care of my antics and it won’t be happening in the future. Thanks Krissy, you always put me in my place. Even though I’ve not spoken to you in like weeks.

Regardless….have a kick butt vacation. You deserve it.
